A Youth Empowerment Consultative Meeting was organized by SOND to build a prosperous youth society. Officials of higher educational institutes like VTA, NAITA, Jaffna University Skill Development Lecturer, Human Resource Development Department Officer, Youth Services Council Officer and social activists participated and gave advice.
